I ordered a sofa from IKEA for delivery on the 8th and received the usual confirmation email with a time slot of 7am to 7pm. No updates or contact followed no text, no tracking, no call.

2 hour time slot given for delivery and washing machine arrived as promised in the time slot. Even got a text when we were the next delivery.
